In addition, Reyna Parra has been great to work with. I appreciate Guardian employing someone that is to help with specific claims. Reyna is responsive and reassuring. Specifically, she and I worked on two claims. Reyna helped me understand what was needed and was terrific working with both the doctors and the insurance company's review team. When I became frustrated, she was calming and kept me focused.

Over the last 7 years we've unfortunately had several claims. Three auto claims and numerous medical claims for both my husband and myself Guardian was always there to help. Not speaking the language has its challenges, but Reyna, my claims agent, was always available to help... talking directly to police, auto adjusters, doctors & hospital staff
Filing claims also are easy with Guardian. I just gather all the necessary documents and email them to Reyna. My claims are filed within the hour and she keeps me updated as they are being processed.
